If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy. The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

  • You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The deadline for cancellation is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were not used or damaged.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature or have been fitted to a vehicle.
  • Goods that cannot be returned due to contamination.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.

Returning Goods:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
